Well, it's been awhile.

Anime Expo went pretty well. I met some fabulous artists, bought some prints (one which was left at the hotel T______________T *sob*) and all-around had a great time. Hopefully I can do it again next year. Profits were pretty good, too, which was nice. :]

After AX, I didn't have any inspiration to draw anything. It was quite sad, and it lasted for some months. I got back into writing, though, with a friend's help. So I've been doing that to pass the time. I saw some wonderful artwork the other day here on deviantart - the AATR contest pages. I knew after reading some pages by the artist that I just HAD to draw. So I did. The first few hours were rough; I couldn't get anything right - the anatomy, the style, etc. But after working it out for a bit, I finally managed to create something worthwhile. So I continued working and I began to notice that I have leveled up in terms of style, anatomy, and the like. :] That's always a nice feeling.

So, I'm back. And hopefully, I can produce a lot more stuff to show on Deviantart.
